The hotel is nice, with beautiful views on the Frankfurt skylight on one side. Good breakfast. Very nice and professional staff. Nice design. Comfortable parking below (too expensive). Very convenient location with easy access to the city centre.

Good location near the river promenade, comfortable bed, sound proof rooms, nice view from the higher floors facing west, breakfast and large breakfast room, but most of all the fact that everything is still new and not warn out. It was my second stay at this hotel and they fulfilled all my additional requests regarding the room on both occasions.

Breakfast options were quite nice, such as hot breakfast food (eggs, omelette, sausages, etc.) and drinks, also cold dishes (salads, fruits, etc.), bread, but also could make own waffles (worth waiting in the line to make yourself some). I also liked the ease of check-in, facilities were modern and clean, also stylish, great bathroom. Location was pretty nice in terms of being very close to the river and nice walks along the promenade. While the hotel is right besides the train tracks, sound isolation is great and you cannot even hear the train passing.

Great brand new hotel - the other wing still under construction... Really comfortable and cosy feeling, making 'design' feel like home. Compact and functional rooms, on a great location between the river bank, the port and the ECB building. Tramway to the city center, or a 2km very scenic walk along the river. Free sauna is a fantastic extra, with chilled tap water, women-only zone and extra towels. And top-class breakfast with LOTS of choice from baked veggies, smoothies, to waffles.

I love travelling and have been to various hotels. This one really exceeded my expectations! I must say, NEVER was I impressed with a hotel like this one. From the check-in till the day I checked out, it was close to perfect! The breakfast there is exceptional!! There is NOTHING you do not have as option there. The rooms are also amazing!!

This is the first time I give any property a 10-point rating. This is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, with great breakfast, nice location, reasonable price. Only 30 euros for the parking is a bit expensive, considering we already paid 150+ euros for the room. On the other hand, these 150 euros included breakfast for 4 persons, which the children loved.

The staff is very kind, very helpfull, and professional. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean. There were very good soap and shampoo.

The bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! Having access to a juicer, a waffle maker etc was fantastic. It would maybe be an idea to get a couple more of these appliances setup so the wait times aren't so long!
